A way to get out of this pain

There must be a way to get out of this pain. This is true for all of us. But the way may differ. Is it better to be ill and to be happy or to be healthy without no joy? I don' t need no answer. We have to be happy people. I guess so.

I think that Your happiness is Your own thing. It is a different definition for all of us.

You don't have to delete Your post. I didn't want to to hurt anyone pushing towards my own smile.

We are kind of survivers. I think that touching this kind of feeling is somewhat a blessing. I am somehow proud of being sick. I got to know myself, feel more life. I would be a hollow person without this.

I thought about the smile in a general order. It is a metaphor. What I mean is that I do not know what kind of happines does a single person want. Sometimes it is just to leave him or her alone. I do not have a cure.

I think you can't be happy living with mental disorder as a schizofrenia is, it is not possible ..

In fact it is not easy to live with it. But I think it is the same way as with the other kinds of illness or disorders. It may depend on current conditions.

Sometimes I am happy and sometimes not although I am really sick.

You can live with it.. but it's hard! In my case - when I feel great I try to cherish that state of mind as much as I can!
